Job opening: Accountant
This is a part-time position of 18 hours per week. It can be flexible depending on the tasks in our annual cycle, alternating between busy and quiet periods. The company's headquarter is in Copenhagen in a former Danisco building, located in the charming Christianshavn area. There are two more production departments in Fårevejle and Vamdrup, where you will have contact with the two production managers.
We expect you to be at the head office at least 1 day a week.
It is a dynamic position, with many different and exciting tasks in a company undergoing rapid development, and where you can help making a difference for the climate and the environment.
You are immediately given responsibility for:

Financial, debtor and creditor management as well as preparation of annual accounts, contact to auditor

Tax and VAT

Payroll and various HR tasks

Reporting to management
Several tasks within logistics, marketing, customer management, web and environmental management can be added, depending on what you would like. It is not something that requires special prior knowledge, only a structured and effective approach.
The payment and billing process is 100% digital. We use e-Conomic as a financial system, Corepay for approval of vouchers and Dataløn for salary payment.
Who are you?
You thrive with work assignments where themes such as routine, care and attention to detail are central and motivated by helping to create sales. You think in systems, are foresighted and do not hesitate to contact colleagues, customers, suppliers or authorities if necessary.
Your educational background is not crucial, but you have solid experience in accounting and working in financial systems and related digital platforms. It is a requirement that you can read and speak Danish and English.
We expect you to have relevant experience as an accountant and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience from a similar position in a small or medium-sized company.
