Internal sales assistant, Vamdrup

Dansk Emballage has over 30 years of experience in trading with new and renovated industrial packaging, including pallet tanks, drums, canisters and pallets. The company renovates and sells, for instance, more than 50,000 pallet tanks a year and has branches in Zealand and Jutland.

We are looking for an experienced employee to be in charge of our customer service and logistics across the country.


Dansk Emballage has increasing demand and needs an "octopus" that can help our two factory managers and the CEO with customer contact, coordination, delivery notes in both incoming and outgoing logistics.

We expect you to be good at customer contact, be able to structure a busy daily life, create an overview and keep track of many tasks.

It is an exciting position with lots of variety and action.

The position requires that you are good at teamwork and that flexibility is easy for you. There is a fresh and informal tone among everyone in the company and a good mood will be appreciated.

About the job:

  • Daily contact with customers about orders, deliveries, collection of goods by phone and email

  • Daily contact with companies and facilities, with which we collect used packaging, via email, telephone and CRM

  • Coordination and booking with our own and external drivers

  • Building systematics in collaboration with management

  • There is most activity on the phone 8-15, so there is the possibility of flexibility in working hours during the week

Professional skills:

  • You have many years of experience from a similar position with telephone customer contact, preferably in a trading or order-producing company

  • Experience with logistics is not a condition, but a big plus

  • You work efficiently, independently and in a structured way

  • You have a sense of order, are careful and quality-conscious

  • You can work with IT at a user level (email, booking systems, e-Conomic, CRM, Teams) 

  • You are responsible and reliable

  • Fluent in oral and written Danish and oral and written English. Knowledge of German an advantage, but not a requirement

  • You are outgoing and great on the phone

  • You are positive, sociable and accommodating, a good colleague

  • You are service-minded

  • You are stable and meet on time

Salary, employment conditions and working hours are determined by further agreement.
